Cotton House, Cleveland, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The place is beautiful! So much attention to detail in the interior design! Highly recommend! We loved the entire hotel and the rooms! The restaurant is nice. Everything is polished! Our loud kids were well received and no complaints. Can’t wait to come back.

Great stay here. Pleasant surrounding, big rooms, great shower, good bed, super fast wifi, nearly perfect and definitely a recommendation. Some smaller issues (only one bin in the room, small sink in kitchenette etc.) are there but will not cause any problems

This hotel is a 5 star. Rooms are amazing, and very clean. Best hotel in town. However, staff is lacking. In check in, the bar, etc. The restaurant could be amazing but is just eh. It seems like everyone thinks, eh it's good enough. This could be a game changer.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by smiling faces, and holiday decor. Had dinner at the Roof top bar/restaurant while listening to live music. Breakfast was amazing too. Entire staff was professional and friendly- front desk, maintenance and at both restaurants. A must if you’re in the area - ciao

At a price of over $200, I expected the room to be clean. Cleveland is a small town and the population is just over 10K. The hotel is very nice! I adore the food and the location. And, I felt safe. However, the staff ( check-in, housekeeper and waitress) were not friendly. They were not rude, I did not feel the southern hospitality. However, I believe my waiter Sunday morning was Josh. He had a smile as big as Texas and that made me happy. I was looking for a USB and slightly moved the bedside table. It was filthy. I dropped a product top in the bathroom and it rolled under the sink. It too was filthy.

Friendly supportive staff from the office to the hospitality staff. When selecting a hotel I look for accessible of the location from the street or highway/easy to find, cleanliness, and comfort. Cotton House had all three. Additionally, I love the amenities such as refrigerator and safe deposits box, internet, and cable. The only thing amenity missing is a microwave, which they might have in an upgrade room. Here is my breakdown. Cleanliness & Comfort: Hygiene: My room and bathroom was clean and had toiletries readily available. Bedding & Room Amenities: Comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and a quiet environment was really a plus. I was able to get a good night sleep. Room Size & Layout: The room size and layout in the queen size rooms will meet your needs especially if you like a lot of space, but want coziness at the same time. Dining Options: the hotel offers on-site affordable dining, but no complimentary breakfast. Secure Environment: Well lit common areas in the front receive area and front parking area. The hallway, on the floor that I stayed on, needs a little bit more lighting. Overall, I felt safe and I enjoyed my stay. I will be returning to this hotel if I am ever in this area again.

The Cotton House in Cleveland is an amazing boutique hotel! The rooms are clean, stylish, and extremely comfortable. The hotel has so many great amenities — from the rooftop bar, on-site restaurant, fitness center, and relaxing lounge areas — it truly feels like a luxury stay in the Delta. The location is perfect right in downtown, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, an incredible experience. Highly recommend staying here anytime you’re in Cleveland, Mississippi!
